4 numbers of archaeological findings have been received by Archaeology Fund of ANAS National Museum of history of Azerbaijan.
Findings were gifted by leading researcher of ANAS Institute of Archaeology and Ethnoqraphy, chief of “Kharaba-Gilan archaeological expedition”, PhD in history Bahlul Ibrahimli. Presented findings made from 3 pieces of cylindrical seal and a bronze bun.
It should be noted that the findings were contemporary, referring to the end of the 2nd century BC. One of the cylindrical seals was found in the Mardangol necropolis in 1985 and other from Plovdag necropolis during archaeological excavations in 2013. The latter finding - the bun was obtained from 2nd Plovdag necropolis in 2007. Currently inventory and identification fulfillments of the findings are underway.
