New archaeological exhibit entered National Museum of History of Azerbaijan

National Museum of History of Azerbaijan was entered a new archaeological exhibit - bronze ring.


This finding, discovered by accident in the village Giziloba Tartar district, was transferred to the museum. Decoration consists of a ring, the lateral section of which has a rhombic shape, and the flat sheet-like stone. On the surface of the stone engraved seven circles with a dot in the center .The diameter of the stone is 18, length - 21 mm.

 

According to head of Fund of Archeology of the museum, PhD in History Nasir Guluzadeh discovery dates back to the XVII-XIX centuries. Found archaeological material is valuable from the point of view of studying the welfare and metalworking art of the represented era.
