ANAS Azerbaijan National History Museum hosted the exhibition "Second World War" dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the victory over fascism.
The exhibition is based on the materials storedat the museum.
At the exhibition were demonstrated 483 exhibits, including, 230 photos and 13 paintings of soldiers who fought on the frontlines and at the home front, personal belongings, documents and ammunition of the heroes of the Soviet Union.
Note that, exhibition materials are presented to the public for the first time. For the more information on the materials of exhibition, foreign visitors and tourists are presented annotations in 3 languages - Azerbaijani, Russian and English. The extensive catalog of the exhibition was prepared in Azerbaijani and Russian languages and published in a refined way.
