Conference Hall of the National Museum of the History of Azerbaijan will host for the presentation of the book titled "Nakhchivan flags" (Baku, 2015) on November 6, 2015 at 12:00. The author is employee of the museum, PhD in history Parvin Gozalov.

Book gives information on newly discovered state and battle flags of Nakhchivan khanate, which existed in the XVIII - early XIX century.

Flags discovered through research conducted by the author in various museums of the Russian Federation have enriched the history Azerbaijan statehood by new facts.

Extensive information on the symbols imprinted on flags and their values is provided in the book.

The book is intended for the experts who are engaged in studying of history of the statehood, national history, heraldry and vexillology also wide reader's audience.
