The publication explores work of the famous Arab scholar Ibn Makula of the middle Ages (1030 - 1082) "Al-Ikmal." The book reflected information about 60 Azerbaijani ulema of Ibn Makula, acquainted with the religious centers and libraries, Nakhchivan, Ganja and other regions, as well as muhadith, linguists, faqih, sophists, poets, secretaries, hafiz and generals.

The book is a valuable source of research for scientists studying the history of the Middle Ages, teachers and students, as well as those interested in the history of Azerbaijan.
