The book entitled “Military history of Azerbaijan. Part 3. "Wars and martial arts of the Safavid state of Azerbaijan in the XVI-XVII centuries" was published in Russian by head of the Department of Scientific Expositions and Exhibitions Organization of the National Museum of Azerbaijan History of ANAS, Associate Professor Sabuhi Ahmadov.

According to the museum, the book "Military History of Azerbaijan" is being prepared in 7 volumes at the Military Academy of the Armed Forces. The head and scientific editor of the project is Nurulla Aliyev, Professor and 1st class captain in reserve.
