Indonesian guests visited ANAS National Azerbaijan History Museum

Indonesian guests Delegation headed by chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Republic of Indonesia Marzuki Alie visited ANAS National Azerbaijan History Museum on April 17.

Guests got familiar ancient material-cultural samples in the exposition hall of the museum. Historical weapons, craft patterns, old books and manuscripts aroused attention on visitors. Demonstrated samples belonging to Atropatena, Caucasian Albania, Shirvanshahs, Aggoyunlu, the Safavids prove ancient state system existed in the territory of Azerbaijan. Then, guests were familiarized with exhibits of H.Z. Tagiyev’s Memorial Flat. Delegation was informed about H.Z. Tagiyev who was founder of Girls school in the Muslim East for the first time.
