During his visit to Azerbaijan to participate in COP29 (Conference of the Parties), the President of Mongolia, Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, visited the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan. The Museum's director, academician Naila Valikhanli, expressed satisfaction with the guests' visit, and during their meeting, they discussed the cultural and historical connections between Azerbaijan and Mongolia. While touring the museum's exhibits, the President observed various artifacts and became acquainted with Azerbaijan’s ancient cultural heritage and history. The President was particularly drawn to a Mongolian robe and rare numismatic specimens featured in a new exhibition that highlights the cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Mongolia's history.
The guests left the museum with positive impressions.
