The book contains the full texts of essays about NZ Tagiyev, the first biographer of HZ Tagiyev, an unknown author published in 1903, Nagy bey Sheykhzamanli, who was called "the father of the nation" by his contemporaries.

 It also presents the views of prominent intellectuals of the time on Tagiyev's activities, including the opening of the first girls' school in the Muslim world and the organization of the Mardakan gardening school.
