The consequences of employees' activity were discussed at the meeting of the Restoration Board of the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan. The Chairman of the Restoration Board Gulshan Hajiyeva, the Head of the Restoration Laboratory, Phd in History, Associate Professor Afat Rustambayova, Deputy Director for Scientific-Fund Affairs and Chief Warden,  Phd in History, Associate Professor Zeinalova Mahfuza have reviewed conservation and restoration methods applied to the Museum’s restored materials- exhibits of jewelry and graphics department, textile, archaeological artifacts- and highly evaluated the quality of their work.
After all, members of the Board assessed the restoration situation of the items and gave their advice.
Restoration and conservation of thousands of exhibits concerning various periods of history of Azerbaijan are implemented in the Restoration Laboratory of the Museum. We should mention that all restored materials are expected to be demonstrated in the Museum’s exposition and exhibitions in the future.
