A meeting was held to sign a memorandum of co-operation between the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan and the National Museum of History of Moldova. The meeting was attended by director of the museum, academician Nailya Velikhanli, deputy director of the museum on scientific work, doctor of science, associate professor Farhad Jabbarov, deputy director of the National Museum of History of Moldova Livia Sirbu and an employee of the that museum. 

During the meeting, Academician N. Velikhanli welcomed the guests and expressed her gratitude to them.
After an in-depth conversation, a Memorandum was signed between the staff of both museums, based on the importance of protecting and promoting cultural heritage, as well as strengthening international scientific and cultural ties and reaffirming the principles of international cooperation between the parties.
