The webinar on “Organization of activity of museums, archives and libraries during the COVID-19 pandemic” dedicated to “18 May- International Museum Day” will be held by the ANAS National Museum of History of Azerbaijan on 18 May 2021 at 11:00.
In the webinar that will be held on the platform “Zoom”, activity directions of museums, archives and libraries during the COVID-19 pandemic spread across the world since the beginning of 2020, carrying out scientific work, difficulties arising while arranging exposition and exhibitions, organizing the work with readers, and other such kind of issues will be discussed.
At the same time, adaptation of museums, archives and libraries to modern tendencies during the pandemic, problems of researching and popularizing issues will also be talked about. The main purpose is to further improve corporation of the capital’s museums, libraries and archives with regions, to share experiences and to organize more efficiently the activities of above-mentioned institutions during the period of cutting-edge technology.
Directors and employees of ANAS National Museum of History of Azerbaijan, Museum of Archeology and Ethnography, Goychay Central Library, H. Aliyev Center in Shamkir region, Quba Genocide Memorial Complex, Neftchala History-Ethnography Museum will attend the event.
